I received brilliant service from Dan in Customer Services. He was very helpful and informative and really cares about customer service. Top marks. The online service was good but then my order status became stuck in the warehouse. After waiting a few weeks I contacted customer services and Dan resolved things extremely quickly. The part arrived within a couple of days and was well-packaged and it was an exact replacement for the damaged part to my cooker hob so I am very happy and would not hesitate to recommend Spares4Beko.
